Transcripts

  • An official transcript from each post-secondary institution attended, sealed and sent directly to the Clinical Leadership Program by the institution. Personal copies are not accepted.

Letters of Evaluation

Test Scores

  • The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General (Aptitude) Test is required for applicants who do not hold a graduate degree.
  • Scores must be no more than five years old.
  • Scores must be mailed to the Clinical Leadership Program from the Educational Testing Service.

Licensure

  • Candidates must present proof of current practice licensure (if applies to profession).
  • Participants must maintain their licensure throughout their enrollment in the MHS-CL Program.

Admissions Interview

  • Applicant finalists will be required to complete an admissions interview.
