Michelle Lyn, MBA, MHA

Michelle Lyn, MBA, MHA is the Associate Division Director and Director of Education for the Division of Community Health. She is the Director of the Community Health Research Training Center and the Community Health Research Liaison Center of the Duke Center for Community Research, and Assistant Professor of Community and Family Medicine at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

In her dual roles with the Division of Community Health and the DCCR, Ms. Lyn creates and leads community-engaged disease prevention/health promotion and primary care research and service programs for at-risk populations. She plans and manages the Division's educational programs for trainees at all levels and faculty at Duke and across the US regarding community-engaged research. Ms. Lyn serves as the Program Director for the Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Leadership, Health Leadership Program, the Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship, Community Health Fellowship, and course director for the Community Health Elective in the School of Medicine. Ms. Lyn's most recent community-engaged research and service work has focused in the area of developing collaborative community-based early intervention and service delivery mechanisms in mental health.
