Duncan Yaggy, PhD, is the Chief Planning Officer for Duke University Health System and adjunct professor of public management at the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy. Dr. Yaggy is responsible for the development of clinical service initiatives and for relations with state health planning and regulatory agencies.
