The 44-hour course blends theory with practice. It develops students into versatile and adept leaders willing to address the problems in the health care industry. Graduates are better prepared to anticipate and respond to change, set new direction, build partnerships and solve day-to-day problems. Skills like teambuilding, teamwork, communication and creative problem solving are honed. Through real-world examples and hands-on education, the Clinical Leadership program prepares clinicians for success in the ever-changing environment of regulation, deregulation and shifting medical management organizations.
